Welcome To Martinez Healthcare Center. On Behalf Of Our Entire Team, Thank You For Considering Our Nursing And Rehabilitation Center For You Or Your Family Member’s Care.
Our facility is newly remodeled and conveniently located in the quiet hills of Martinez California and just a stones throw from Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we also offer daily therapeutic recreation and social activities to keep our residents engaged throughout the day.
Our team of specialists includes licensed nurses, therapists, social workers, nutritionists and more. These specialists establish a comprehensive individualized treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to their fullest practicable potential in a short amount of time. Our social services coordinator meets with the residents and their families regularly to review the residents progress and ensure that all the resident’s needs are being met.
Our wide variety of services encourages our residents to receive the best medical, restorative and supportive care they need throughout the duration of their stay. We are able to serve a wide variety of residents’ needs ranging from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care.
